• Minimum 12 years of contracts experience
• GCC contract administration track record
• FIDIC-based contract expertise

• MRICS designation
• Managed large-value variations and claims
• Strong negotiation record with clients and contractors
• PMC or consultant-side background preferred

We are seeking a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and analyse project schedules, providing critical support for on-time delivery and recovery planning across a complex major project.

Mandatory Requirements

• Engineering degree (any discipline)
• 5–8 years of planning experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6
• GCC project planning experience

Preferred & Key Indicators

• Primavera P6 certification
• Delay analysis and EOT preparation experience
• Baseline and recovery schedule development
• Executive-level progress reporting capability

Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will manage measurement, valuations, and cost reporting in strict compliance with project and contractual requirements on a high-value regional project.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 8–12 years of QS experience
• GCC project delivery background
• Final accounts experience

Preferred & Key Indicators

• MRICS designation
• Consultant or PMC background strongly preferred
• Variations and claims management experience
• Strong cost reporting and benchmarking skills
