Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Minimum 12 years of contracts experience
- GCC contract administration track record
- FIDIC-based contract expertise

- MRICS designation
- Managed large-value variations and claims
- Strong negotiation record with clients and contractors
- PMC or consultant-side background preferred

Role Overview
We are seeking a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and analyse project schedules, providing critical support for on-time delivery and recovery planning across a complex major project.
Mandatory Requirements
- Engineering degree (any discipline)
- 5–8 years of planning experience
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- GCC project planning experience
Preferred & Key Indicators
- Primavera P6 certification
- Delay analysis and EOT preparation experience
- Baseline and recovery schedule development
- Executive-level progress reporting capability

Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview
The Quantity Surveyor will manage measurement, valuations, and cost reporting in strict compliance with project and contractual requirements on a high-value regional project.
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 8–12 years of QS experience
- GCC project delivery background
- Final accounts experience

- MRICS designation
- Consultant or PMC background strongly preferred
- Variations and claims management experience
- Strong cost reporting and benchmarking skills
